  • 著重學習常規的建立,提高學生的學習效能。
  • 以「變易理論」為基礎設計教學︰對課程中某些重要課題和學生的學習難點來進行深入的探討,同級老師共同設計教學,擬定及進行前測及後測,以協助分析相關教學設計的成效,最後進行有系統地觀課、評課和反思。
  • 每課單元進行進展性評估,定期檢視學生的學習進度。
  • 設計校本的分層工作紙,照顧學生不同的學習需要和差異。
  • 積極鼓勵及培訓學生參與校外數學比賽,提高學生學習數學的興趣及能力。
  • Emphasis is placed on the establishment of learning routines to enhance students' learning effectiveness.
  • Teaching design based on the "Theory of Variation": in-depth discussion of some important topics in the curriculum and students' learning difficulties; collaborative design of teaching by teachers of the same level; preparation and administration of pre-tests and post-tests; analysis of the effectiveness of the relevant teaching design; and, finally, systematic lesson observation, assessment and reflection.
  • Progressive assessment of each lesson unit and regular review of students' learning progress.
  • Design school-based tiered worksheets to cater for students' different learning needs and differences.
  • Encourage and train students to participate in extra-curricular Mathematics competitions to enhance their interest and ability in learning Mathematics.
